Staffed by a highly experienced team of client focussed individuals, the Bureaucloud IAAS Platform is designed to meet the high levels of service, data protection and convenience expected by modern SMEs. If you have any queries or concerns, the support team will always do their best to resolve them.

Bureaucloud Technology

The Bureaucloud Platform has been built using VMware Cloud Director running on VMware vSphere. The underlying hardware components are HP servers, Cisco networking and Netapp SAN storage. The platform has been designed with client flexibility in mind, so if a task is not immediately obvious, please let us know and we will attempt to help. We aim to act fast and complete your requests as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Data Protection

By being based in the UK, the platform also makes it easier for clients to comply with the Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC) and the UK Data Protection Act ensuring that data does not flow outside the EU. In addition to protecting your hosted data, access to your infrastructure and servers is restricted.

Partnerships

Bureaucloud is built and managed by Be Specific Consulting Ltd. The company has partnerships agreements with VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat and a number of other hardware and software vendors (see Technology Partners for more information). This enables us to offer some of the latest and most robust technologies and solutions on the market at attractive pricing.

Strategically placed in a Tier 3 datacentre in West London, the Bureaucloud Platform is able to complement and connect with any existing Cloud deployments in other geographic locations.
